In this 23 minute video, , you will be introduced to basic process improvement approaches. Included are four tools: 5S Process, Hoshin Kanri, Jidoka and Standard Work. These tools can assist in streamlining, problem solving and finding ways to eliminate waste. 聽Once you gain this overview more detailed Skillsoft courses are available on process improvement processes and implementation.
